intDev Hub

What is intDev?

The If Null True Development Hub (also known as the intDev Hub) is a place for our developers to create, test and refine features new and old from our various websites without affecting the main version of said website.

Take, for example, https://dev.oggyp.com/msc/. We recently used it to test the 'Events' feature of the site. We made sure it worked in every case and then added it to the official MSC Homepage v3.

What sites are on here?

This website is most often used in conjunction with GitHub, wherein both the version of a website hosted here and the official version of said website have access to a public repository. As such, the majority of the websites hosted here are open source and available on GitHub in a repository owned by either kElnaDev, OggyP or dungcatcher.

Furthermore, links to every website here are available on the homepage.

What's the difference between intDev and intProjects?

intProjects is used when a site is in the very early stages of development or when a site is not to be officially released. In the first case, our developers use this for trying out concepts and forming a basic layout. Once they've figured these out, they move the site to intDev.

In the second case, our developers sometimes make learning projects, fun projects or mini projects that they don't intend to officially release / are too small-scoped to warrant a full website.
